Production method

Obtained by heating adipic acid in the presence of barium hydroxide. Mix adipic acid and barium hydroxide evenly, heat to 285-295 ℃, and distill the generated cyclopentanone at this temperature. The distillate is separated into cyclopentanone by chlorination and calcium salt precipitation. Adipic acid is washed away with alkaline solution and then washed with water. Storage and Transport

 Cyclopentanone store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. The temperature of the reservoir should not exceed 30℃. Keep the container sealed.
